ClothingWebStores aim to ship all orders on the same day if we receive the order by midday CET (Central European Time) or the next day if we received late. However, due to manufacturers delays we reserve the right to ensure delivery within 10 days of purchase.
All products are distributed to you via the Royal Mail in the UK, first class recorded delivery.
Delivery times may vary, subject to any changes at the country of destination, stock control, and certain periods of the year.
We've tried to keep our postage rates as simple as possible.
- Packages to UK - £2.95 Flat rate!
- Packages to Europe - £5.95
- Packages to North America - £9.95
Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in insuring our packages, we are unable to ship goods to any countries outside these zones
Although highly unlikely, you may receive your order in a split shipment. If so, there will be no extra shipping costs to you, and you will be advised prior to sending out your first package.
Finally – you may cancel your order at any time but cancellations before our standard 10 days delivery period must pay a £5 cancellation charge to cover our lost sales and administrative costs.
Returns Policy & Procedure
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
If you have to return an item please use the email procedure found above or call Customer Services on 01452 731833 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
DO NOT POST THE ITEM UNTIL YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED, AGREED, AND YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITH A RETURNS CODE.
ITEMS ARRIVING INTO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT RETURNS CODE OR AFTER THE AGREED RETURNS DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT OUR WAREHOUSES AND WILL BE REFUSED DELIVERY.
This could result in additional expense for you and a delay in the standard process for exchanging an item.
To save inconvenience we recommend you always follow the instructions above and always send post to any website both recorded delivery and with a clear “senders’s address” marked.
If you send a RETURN REQUEST EMAIL during a weekend, you may not receive a reply for 48 hours, however we can see when you wrote to us and will bring this into account.

RETURNS POLICY
At ClothingWebStores, we accept that there may be occasions when you need to return goods. We therefore have a three-point guarantee to cover most eventualities.
1. If you're unhappy with what you've received, you may return it to us in its original unused condition (with all the tags still attached please!) and we'll exchange it or provide you with a refund (excluding P&P). You have 10 days from our despatch date to get the item back into our warehouse. If a further period is required please advise when buying (ie before we despatch) and we may be able to offer an extended period. All stock is changed regularly to ensure that ClothingWebStores’ sites maintain their position as pioneering clothing websites.
2. We believe in the quality of the goods that we sell, and, with the proper care, they should last for some time. If you have received goods which, within 60 days of your purchase, are subsequently found to be faulty, we will exchange them or provide you with a credit note (including your postage costs). We reserve the right not to compensate you if we feel the goods have not been cared for as recommended by the manufacturers. This does not affect any guarantees or warranties provided by the manufacturer.
3. If we accidentally send you goods that you haven't ordered, return them to us within 30 days of purchase in their original unused condition, and we will we will exchange them or provide you with a credit note or a refund (including your postage costs).
Please note that refunds will be issued only once we have received your goods. All refunds are processed once a week on a Wednesday.
Important Refunds Information
Items bought with a discount code or in the sale are non-returnable under any circumstances.
If an exchange for a better fit is available we will assist our customers wherever we can, however all additional postage charges MUST be carried by the customer. Those costs will all be charged at the same flat rate you paid first time around.
Should we make a mistake, (it happens!), and send the wrong item, we will of course bear the cost of any exchange postage costs ourselves.
We love posting out our great items to you. However, should you need to return an item for refund then YOU will be charged for the original postage at the following standard rates - UK £3.95, EUROPE £5.95 and NORTH AMERICA £9.95 which will come out of your refund total.
If you have bought on a discount coupon you cannot cancel your order within 31 days of date of purchase.
